งาน WWDC หรือ WorldWide Developers’ Conference เป็นงานประจำปีที่ทาง Apple จะมาเปิดตัวหรือแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ  ในอดีต iPhone รุ่นแรก และ iPhone 4 ก็มาเปิดตัวในงานนี้

ปีนี้ก็จะเป็นอีกครั้งที่ Apple จะมาเปิดตัวสิ่งใหม่ๆ แต่ครั้งนี้ทาง Apple ได้บอกชื่อมาหมดแล้ว  ก็คือ  iCloud, Mac OS X Lion และ iOS 5  ซึ่งรายละเอียดก็คงต้องตามดูกัน

อีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่ Apple แฟนติดตามกันก็คือ Steve Jobs จะปรากฎตัวในงานนี้หรือไม่  เพราะได้ลาป่วยมาระยะหนึ่งแล้ว

ด้วยจำนวน app มากมายที่มีอยู่โดยเฉพาะทางด้าน social media ผมเลยอยากจะเรียกมันว่า The Ultimate Social Hub

Finally the monopoly on iPhone by AT&T is over.  Verizon will have CDMA version of iPhone 4 starting February 10 ending long monopoly of iPhone by AT&T since the first iPhone.

For Thais looks like there is no effect.  We still cannot find iPhone 4 from authorized operator shop.  And ultimately, we still have no 3G.

ว่าไปแล้วโทรศัพท์มือถือก็พัฒนาไปมาก  รวมกล้อง คอมพิวเตอร์ เข้าด้วยกันจนจะเป็นอวัยวะที่ ๓๓ ของคนเราไปแล้ว  และกลายเป็นช่องทางสื่อสารที่ขาดไม่ได้ บางคนขึ้นจากน้ำตัวไม่ทันแห้งดีก็เอาโทรศัพท์มาถ่ายรูปส่งให้เพื่อน  คาดว่าในอนาคตคงจะโทรศัพท์ที่ implant ไว้ในตัวเลย

Google usually has plastic of the released Android version display at the yard in front of Android office.   Within several days, the new version was released.   Last week, there is a report that a new Frozen Yogurt sculpture display at the yard.

So we can expect Android 2.2 soon.

มีรายงานข่าวว่าจนถึงวันนี้ Apple ได้ขาย iPad ไปแล้วมากกว่า 1 ล้านเครื่อง  มากจนทาง Apple ต้องเลื่อนการเปิดตัวในต่างประเทศออกไปเพราะขายเฉพาะใน US เองก็ไม่พอแล้ว

และเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้วทาง Apple ได้เริ่มจำหน่าย iPad 3G ออกมา  ก็คงคาดว่าจะไม่พอขายอีกเช่นกัน

ในขณะที่รายอื่นๆ ทั้งรุ่นใหญ่อย่าง HP หรือบริษัทในจีนแดงพยายามที่จะทำอุปกรณ์คล้ายๆ ออกมา  แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้ Windows 7 หรือ Android  ซึ่งยังเทียบไม่ได้กับ interface ของ iPad/iPhone ที่แสนจะใช้ง่าย

ใครมีหุ้น Apple ก็คงยิ้มได้กันทั่วหน้า

ทุกปีงาน WWDC ที่ทาง Apple จัดจะมีการประกาศอุปกรณ์ใหม่ๆ เป็นประจำ  ในปีนี้งานนี้จะจัดขึ้นวันที่ 7 -11 มิถุนายน 2553

ในปีที่ผ่านๆ มาก็ถือว่างาน WWDC ในสองปีที่ผ่านนี้จะเป็นงานสำหรับการเปิดตัว iPhone มา  โดยที่ทั้ง iPhone 3G และ iPhone 3Gs ต่างก็เปิดตัวในงานนี้ทั้งสิ้น  เคยทำเอา Twitter ล่มไปในขณะที่มี Key Note เพราะชาวประชาต่าง Tweet กันอย่างไม่หยุดหย่อน

ยิ่งปีนี้มีข่าวหลุดเกี่ยวกับ iPhone 4G ด้วยแล้ว  ก็คงจะเป็นที่แน่นอนว่า WWDC 10 ก็จะเป็นงานเปิดตัว iPhone รุ่นใหม่  ส่วน Spec หรือความสามารถของทั้ง HW และ SW นั้นคงต้องรอดูกันอีกที

This company also sells bag made from America’s Cup sail and iPod nano case mode from iPod Billboard material.  The price is quite high.  But what you’ve got is a piece of history.
