Post Rating and Tag

One thing I like about WordPress is plugin support.  This allow almost infinite variety of custom plugin.  Now I have almost 10 running in my blog both on user side and admin side.  The newest one is the Post Rating that give user ability to rate the post.  The other one is Simple Tags that manage the posting tags.  Even though WordPress has built-in tag functionality, this is more manageable.

Now I have full feature tag management online, wish the WLW that I use to write the post has the same ability too.  I wonder are these plugins load my web server a lot?  May be I need to install another plugin to monitor it..  🙂

WordPress 2.3 and Flickr plugin

After upgrading to WP 2.3, Flickr page seems to have lots of problems. Or may be it already has got problem before the upgrade but I didn’t notice. Any way, now weather page has to wait and all effort is on fixing photo page. Sorry 🙁

WordPress 2.3

I start this blog less than a week. Haven’t announced to the public yet. Now I upgrade the blog software already.

Almost next day after I start the blog, WordPress releases a new version. This version 2.3 improves many feature but the one I decide to upgrade is Tag support.

Let’s see what brakes by this upgrade..

M$ Live Writer

Who will imagine that Microsoft will create tool to edit others blog software apart from their own Live Space. Now I’m writing this on MS Live Writer to post to my blog which use WordPress.  Amazingly, it is very useful software indeed.

GoDaddy Go!

OK.. The problem ticket has been submitted. Let’s see how fast our GoDaddy support team can resolve this.

Looks like there are some people facing the same problem with GoDaddy. I’ll keep monitoring this blog for the update
